I had the opportunity to hear a talk by Alvaro Melendez, Crant’s CEO, about AI for marketers, and it was totally mind blowing. I especially enjoyed his remarks on the source, on what is trustworthy, and how brands nowadays, are reality creators. I found very interesting the part on the importance of brand love and that brands should look outside their own category to really understand the environment in which it operates. Also, that a brand is build based on its content and those pillars are the ones that build a brand. As an editor, journalist and a content producer myself, I’m thrilled that still, content –although its definition can be very wide- is king.
